Fax Factory without a doubt serves the best specialty coffee in the area, and one of the best in Rome (after all there are only a handful of places serving specialty coffee in Rome). They also sell beans, which we think are roasted by or for them exclusively.

Working at Fax Factory in Pigneto is viable, if you’re happy to work with at times loud music. The WiFi speed is reliable, and the seating is comfortable enough for an hour or two. There isn’t a lot of natural light, and there isn’t access to power outlets at most tables. What you get for some of that sacrifice is great coffee.
